b'Together Virtually We found ways to be together virtually with our clients and began a process for migrating programming and services from in-person to virtual platforms. We embarked on a quest to learn all things virtual so that we can increase the supports for the clients. Virtual platforms will allow us, at the very least, to see the clients faces and help us regain a bit of the emotional attunement needed in a client-staff relationship.Virtual engagement will decrease social distancing and allow us to continue to provide a level on individual counselling, group programming and other supports. As we navigate throughthese uncharted waters of virtual technology, we are very excitedto explore and learn new ways of service provision. - Carla Neto, Community Programs Manager -| 33'
