Mindful Parenting Group

Confidence. Connection. Social Skills.

Mindful Parenting is a 10-week trauma-informed program designed to support mothers and caregivers in strengthening their parenting skills and building healthy relationships with their children.

What Is Mindful Parenting?

Delivered in partnership with Toronto Public Health, this program combines trauma-informed care with evidence-based parenting education. It provides a supportive space where caregivers can reflect, learn practical tools, and build confidence in their parenting journey.

What You’ll Gain from This Program​

Participants develop:

  • Positive parenting strategies
  • Emotional regulation tools for parents and children
  • Stronger parent–child communication
  • Greater understanding of child development
  • Strategies for responding to challenging behaviours
  • Increased confidence and connection at home
