To provide a safe refuge, counselling, support and advocacy for women and their children who are fleeing violence; while also working towards a more equal society where the inherent value of all women is recognized and celebrated.
All women have choice and opportunity to live their lives in dignity, with equal access to economic and social opportunities and freedom from violence.

|1. Integrate our theory of change framework into our services and programs to ensure high-impact, sustainable outcomes for the women we serve and their dependents.|
|2. Assess and strengthen our shelter program to ensure women and their dependents access safe, trauma-informed emergency shelter services that support them to live free of violence.|
|3. Assess and strengthen our outreach services to meet the current and changing needs of women and their dependents in order to increase opportunities for sustainability and independence.|
|Grow and foster a culture of philanthropy|
|1. Develop and implement a philanthropic strategy that increases engagement, ownership and buy-in of key stakeholders to support our unique impact and value.|
|2. Build organizational leadership, relationships and capacity to promote our work broadly to increase investment in the organization.|
