Tweens Group

Building Confidence. Strengthening Connection. Supporting Families.

Tweens is a weekly group program for children ages 8–12 that focuses on building self-esteem, communication skills, and healthy peer relationships in a safe and supportive environment.

What Is Tweens?

Running from September to June, Tweens provides children with a structured space to practice social interaction, build emotional awareness, and strengthen problem-solving skills through guided activities and teamwork.

What Children Will Gain

Participants develop:

  • Confidence and self-expression
  • Healthy communication skills
  • Empathy and teamwork
  • Emotional awareness
