Unmask (for boys)

Challenging Harmful Norms. Building Healthy Identity.

B.O.Y. is a trauma-informed group program for boys ages 12–15 focused on building emotional awareness, confidence, and healthy identity development.

What Is Unmasked?

Participants unpack media influences, cultural expectations, and gender stereotypes while developing emotional honesty, accountability, and violence prevention awareness.

  • Feel pressure from social media, peers, or “what guys are supposed to be like”

  • Want a space to talk about identity, emotions, and relationships in a real and respectful way

  • Are curious about how online messages and stereotypes can affect choices, behaviour, and self-worth
