This 10-week program, delivered at Women’s Habitat of Etobicoke, offers a structured, DBT-informed healing process for up to 10 women fleeing IPV, living with trauma histories, and coming from diverse backgrounds. Participants gain skills to regulate emotions, tolerate distress, and strengthen communication, empowering them to move toward a “life worth living.”

A free weekly community after school program for girls in high school. It’s a chance for girls to have fun, cook together and talk with friends in a safe space.
