Shelter and Outreach for Women
Empowering Voices is a trauma-informed group program for women who have experienced intimate partner violence. This eight week program offers a safe and supportive space to rebuild confidence, reconnect with personal strengths, and move forward with clarity and self-trust.
Empowering Voices supports women in understanding how experiences of abuse can impact identity, voice, and self-confidence. Through guided reflection, group discussion, and creative exercises, participants gently explore the effects of trauma while reconnecting with their resilience and lived wisdom.
