Women Talk

Connection. Confidence. Community.

Women Talk is a welcoming group program that brings women together in a safe, warm, and supportive environment. It offers space to connect, share experiences, build skills, and access practical information that supports long-term well-being and sustainable livelihoods.

What Is Women Talk?

Women Talk is designed to reduce isolation and strengthen community through meaningful connection and skill-building. The program provides a relaxed, judgment-free setting where participants can meet and interact with other women, share insights, and learn from one another.

Each session may include guided discussion, therapeutic art activities, cooking, or hands-on workshops that support personal growth and everyday stability. Participants are encouraged to explore new interests or further develop existing skills in a way that feels empowering and practical.

The program centres:

  • Emotional safety and mutual respect

  • Peer connection and shared learning

  • Strength-based skill development

  • Access to information that supports financial and personal stability
