Shelter and Outreach for Women
Women Talk is a welcoming group program that brings women together in a safe, warm, and supportive environment. It offers space to connect, share experiences, build skills, and access practical information that supports long-term well-being and sustainable livelihoods.
Women Talk is designed to reduce isolation and strengthen community through meaningful connection and skill-building. The program provides a relaxed, judgment-free setting where participants can meet and interact with other women, share insights, and learn from one another.
Each session may include guided discussion, therapeutic art activities, cooking, or hands-on workshops that support personal growth and everyday stability. Participants are encouraged to explore new interests or further develop existing skills in a way that feels empowering and practical.
The program centres:
Emotional safety and mutual respect
Peer connection and shared learning
Strength-based skill development
Access to information that supports financial and personal stability
Participants often leave Women Talk with:
Increased confidence and sense of belonging
New practical skills or strengthened existing abilities
Greater access to community resources and information
Reduced feelings of isolation

Women Talk is not about pressure or performance — it is about growth, support, and connection at your own pace.
