This 10-week program, delivered at Women’s Habitat of Etobicoke, offers a structured, DBT-informed healing process for up to 10 women fleeing IPV, living with trauma histories, and coming from diverse backgrounds. Participants gain skills to regulate emotions, tolerate distress, and strengthen communication, empowering them to move toward a “life worth living.”

August 25 - Garden-to-Table Pizza Night: A hands-on program where participants harvest fresh vegetables from the community garden and use them to make homemade pizzas. The program promotes healthy eating, teaches budget-friendly meal preparation, demonstrates how homegrown produce can help reduce grocery costs, and fosters community through shared cooking and connection.
