We are thrilled to announce that the Canadian International Fashion Film Festival has chosen Women’s Habitat as one of two charity partners for this year’s events.
As one of the top Fashion Film Festivals in the world, CANIFFF is proud of its commitment to recognize and celebrate all creative industries that make up the fashion and film genre, but also its dedication to supporting local causes, and – in particular – when it comes to women.
Their 3-day festival brings together the best in fashion film, with screenings, parties and events, and awards in 21 categories with submissions (and participants) from all over the world.
You can learn more on their website, and even purchase tickets to be a part of it yourself HERE!
The festival is managed in Canada by its CEO Roger Gingerich, who brings over 35 years of various roles in the fashion industry to the annual event. He is also appointee to the Board of Directors of the Commonwealth Fashion Council (CFC); a fashion body of 54 nations promoting fashion education, youth and gender empowerment, and responsibility. Roger and his wife/business partner personally chose to partner with Women’s Habitat because they believe in the work being done, and the unique challenges that women’s organizations often face.
